Know that your copay and/or patient self-pay balance is due at the time of service.  As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly submit your medical claim to your insurance company. After insurance has paid, we will send you a statement and you will be responsible for the remaining balance. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We appreciate your prompt payment of your bill to help us keep the cost of providing care down.

Your insurance company may determine the services you received as cosmetic or not medically necessary. An example is the removal of a lesion that is not problematic; because the patient does not like the way it looks. If insurance denies your claim as not medically necessary, you will be responsible for the services rendered. To avoid any surprises, please contact your insurance plan before your visit.
